We are seeking steady-handed, detail-oriented Machine Operators who are open to flexible scheduling. This role may include variable shifts and future overnights/weekends. This position emphasizes careful, precise, and methodical handling of materials to prevent damage and maintain exacting quality standards. The equipment used in this role is simple to learn and not difficult to use after full training is completed.&nbsp;<strong data-start="489" data-end="615">A strong ability to learn, follow detailed procedures, and work carefully is more important than prior machine experience.</strong>&nbsp;Fine motor skills, patience, and dexterity are most essential for success in this role.</p><p data-start="1961" data-end="1987"><strong data-start="1961" data-end="1985">Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p data-start="1961" data-end="1987">Depending on your position, you may be required to perform the following operations.
